The Division of Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and Industry, State of Nevada (Division) will conduct a public hearing on proposed permanent regulations amending Chapter 618 of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC). The public hearing on these proposed regulations will be conducted by Webex on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. This public hearing will be held via remote technology system only (WebEx) in accordance with Assembly Bill 253 (Effective May 31, 2021).
