Training and Classes

This class includes presentations on OSHA regulations and standards related to General Industry and Construction ladder safety and uses. Topics include, rules governing safe construction, design, care, and maintenance use of ladders, identification of different types of ladders, their parts, and appropriate uses. The course will review employer and employee requirements and responsibilities on the use of ladders in walking-working surfaces, identification of unsafe ladder practices, ladder inspections, safety issues, worker injuries and fatalities, and ladder maintenance and storage and manufacturer’s instructions.
