This class will discuss the origins of codes and regulations and teach the participant how to negotiate the Federal Standards for Labor contained in the Code of Federal Regulations, title 1910 (General Industry) and 1926 (Construction),as well as the State requirements contained in the Nevada Revised Statues and the Nevada Administrative Code, Sections 618.
