The Safety Consultation and Training Section (SCATS) serves Nevada small businesses by offering professional safety and health consultation services and OSHA based training courses to heighten the safety culture of Nevada employers and their employees.
 

Mission Statement

Our goal is to work with employers on developing knowledge and understanding of OSHA and State of Nevada safety requirements. Safety and health training programs are designed to improve hazard recognition skills of management and employees. Per NRS 618.950 employers and employees in the Construction industry must complete MANDATORY OSHA 10 AND OSHA 30 Training. OSHA 10/30 hour construction class schedules and registration is available at http://www.nv1030.org
